It typically takes 4-6 weeks for each piece to be made, however, timelines are an estimate and are not guaranteed. 

How long does it take for my piece to be made?

All pieces listed on the website may be customized, and you are always able to commission a completely unique custom, handcrafted piece. Please inquire on our Custom Order page for more information. Note that for custom pieces, turnover time and pricing is subject to the discretion of Ryan Martin Furniture. If that doesn’t work for you, we’re sure you’ll love one of our signature pieces, which have fixed price points and can typically be made in 4-6 weeks. 

Can I customize the color, size, design, finish, or dimensions of my piece?

Our furniture is handmade and involves 100% authentic, solid, kiln dried wood, which means it won’t be perfectly manufactured like something from a big box store. Many top name furniture stores use MDF, Wood Veneer, or other materials that are able to be mass produced.

By nature, wood may be somewhat uneven, and may cup or bow slightly over time, further enhancing the rustic one-of-a-kind character; cracks may be present. Because of the artisanal handcrafted process in which our furniture pieces are made, variations in the wood are to be expected. 

To maintain your solid wood furniture, it is recommended to handle with care using the following tips:
  • Avoid moisture or water
  • Use coasters to protect the finish
  • Dust only using a clean microfiber cloth or with an oil based wood polish
  • Protect from excessive sunlight exposure
  • Shift and move furniture carefully

How do I care for my piece?

All Ryan Martin Furniture pieces have a 1 year limited warranty on any manufacturer issues. If there is an issue with your piece, please contact us so we may make arrangements on how to resolve the issue. Please note that Ryan Martin Furniture is not responsible for damage to pieces caused by improper care on behalf of our customers. If there is an issue with your piece due to customer wear and tear, we are happy to arrange for repair for additional fees.

We’ll get started building your furniture! All online store designs typically take between 4-6 weeks to complete, while Custom Orders may have longer turnover times. Once we complete your piece(s), we’ll reach out to schedule your pickup or delivery day!



02. Production Begins

Your handcrafted furniture is now ready for its new home! We offer FREE pickup at our Warehouse, or, upgrade to Curbside & White Glove Delivery within the Nashville metro area, as well as long distance shipping options for out of state customers. You’ll receive your items to enjoy for years to come!

local PICKUP:

Curbside delivery means your piece will be delivered to your front porch/step, doorway, garage, or any other first floor entry door location. It does not include the delivery of the piece inside your home, condo, townhouse or apartment or installation, if required. If you require White Glove / in home delivery, please see White Glove Delivery pricing. 

If you live in an apartment or condo, we do not recommend curbside delivery. 

  • Eagleville, College Grove, Arrington: $100
  • Franklin, Murfreesboro, Nolensville, Thompson Station, Spring Hill & Columbia: $150
  • Nashville & Brentwood: $150
  • Hendersonville, Mount Juliet, Lebanon & Gallatin: $200
  • Areas in the Nashville area outside of these locations will be quoted at the discretion of Ryan Martin Furniture. 


Curbside Delivery to the Following Areas:

White Glove Delivery means that your piece will be delivered inside your home, apartment, condo, or townhome, etc. and set up/installed by one of our team members. For White Glove Delivery, we require that an individual in your household such as you, a family member, roommate, etc. be present to allow our team to enter into your home. If you live in an apartment or condo, we recommend upgrading to White Glove delivery as it will allow us to bring your piece into your home if you are not on the first floor of the building. 

  • Eagleville, College Grove, Arrington: $200
  • Franklin, Murfreesboro, Nolensville, Thompson Station, Spring Hill & Columbia: $250
  • Nashville & Brentwood $250
  • Hendersonville, Mount Juliet, Lebanon & Gallatin: $300
  • Areas in the Nashville area outside of these locations will be quoted at the discretion of Ryan Martin Furniture. 



White Glove Delivery to the Following Areas:

$1 per mile round trip outside of the Nashville, TN 50 mile radius charged from our base location in Eagleville/College Grove.



Delivery outside of Nashville Metro Areas:

Shipping procedure:

Your piece will be made within an estimated 4-6 weeks after purchase, at which time we will reach out to arrange a delivery or pickup date with you. Note for orders with multiple pieces, delivery will be arranged once all pieces in the order are completed in order to minimize delivery fees. 

Deliveries are scheduled on Fridays between 7 AM to 7 PM CST. Pickups are scheduled on Saturday or Sunday between 10-4 PM or on Weekdays between 5-7 PM.

Once a delivery date has been selected, we require 48 hours notice of canceling should the delivery window no longer work for your schedule. Any last minute cancellations will be subject to a rescheduling fee, up to the total cost of the delivery. 

For Curbside delivery, we do not require the customer to be present, however it is recommended as you will need to bring your piece(s) inside yourself due to the nature of curbside delivery. Ryan Martin Furniture is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen furniture if the customer is not present for Curbside delivery. 

For White Glove Delivery, we require that an individual in your household such as you, a family member, roommate, etc. be present to allow our team to enter into your home. Ryan Martin Furniture reserves the right to charge a redelivery fee, up to the cost of the total delivery if an individual is not present at the agreed upon time of delivery.

Because each of our pieces are artisanally handcrafted and made to order, this means that each item ordered has been made custom for you and your home! We do our very best to ensure that you will be more than satisfied with the attention to detail and level of quality presented with your order. 

At this time, we do not unfortunately offer returns or exchanges. When placing an order with Ryan Martin Furniture, you agree to our Return & Exchange policy.
